Butterfly Haven contains three distinct areas for visitors:

1. Flight house(1600 sq.ft/149 sq.meters) Consists of a meshed structure containing approximately 20 species and 200 beautiful live butterflies and lush tropical plants, provides visitors with an incredible immersion experience. One frequently hears “oohs” and “aahs” as visitors enter this area. The property allows for expansion of the flight house in 2 directions if desired.

2. Life cycle exhibit room Houses live larvaes, chrysalis, etc.

3. Video salon/patio.  Seats 30 and provides an entertaining and educational 10 minute presentation. Souvenirs and light snacks are also sold in this area.

Additional Butterfly Haven structures include:

• Entrance building-contains double entrance and exit doors and a storage area.
• Employee lounge/cash register building.
• Laboratory-inside and outside areas where we raise most of our own butterflies.
• Visitor bathrooms-two stalls total.
• Visitor parking-10 off street spaces.

A low mileage 2009 Toyota HiLux 4wd pickup truck could be available for purchase as well.

The experience at the Butterfly Haven could be possibly diversified if desired by adding frogs, an ant farm, exotic insect collections, etc.
